For more haunting Adeline you could always read where’s Molly by h.d Carlton, zade and Addie have moments in it. Plus she just announced that she will be releasing phantom which is the prequel ( I think it’s about Addie’s grandma) that releases in January

I totally hear you on the DNFs because of annoying voices. I usually mess with the speed first to see if they sound better sped up haha😂😂😂 but I too have let books go for a ick narrator.
Haha, yes! 🙌🏼 I totally do the same thing-sometimes speeding it up can make a huge difference! 😂 But if the narrator’s still a no-go, it's definitely a dealbreaker for me too!
So nice to see someone else DNFed the encyclopedia of fairies. It was sooooooo boring. I will say that with Silver Flames, I found it to be very mid the first time I read it and then when I did a reread I rated it 5 stars lol.
Also WHAT is this Labyrinth book you have listed bc Jareth is my fav of all time and I must read it!
Haha, I’m glad I’m not the only one who couldn’t get into Encyclopedia of Fairies! 😅 It just didn’t hook me. And wow, that’s so interesting about Silver Flames-I love how a reread can totally change your perspective! Maybe I need to give it another shot! && It is Coronation Graphic Novel!
