My last pair of these I have been using for 4 years. Don't use these in artifical ground, the sole plate if for grass if the field is hard you will feel some of the studs and studs too small for we ground. The boots will mold to your foot like a glove. These are expensive but if you take care of them they will last. If there is a complain it would be the laces are short and depending on your foot the tongue will move to the side. The quality is like no other after 4 year the inner liner and the heal counter liner are still intact. These boots are very light. good review.

It's all going to depend on YOUR foot shape mate! For me, The Morelia Neo 4 MIJ is my favorite, followed by the Morelia 2 MIJ, then the Morelia Neo 4 Beta MIJ.
I remember you did a Morelia DNA review quite a while back! Would you reckon the fit is similar given their similar full leather upper, tongue and heel construction? Only diff i can think of is the DNA has the same sole plate as the Neo 3s. My hypothesis is the sole plate alters the fit in quite a significant way. Hmm..
Similar fit, but they feel wider because of the soleplate! You’re absolutely spot on, the soleplate actually plays a major role in the fit of a boot, which is why sometimes AG or MG models fit significantly different than their FG counterparts

How is the shooting on these boots? I want to buy these but with modern boots, shooting the ball is much easier compared to traditional leather for me. Shooting is important
Sigh. For instance Predators give more grip on the ball, thus different boots give you differing control on the ball. I was actually theorizing if wax on the outside of a leather outsole would give more grip on the ball, comparable to wax on a surfboard.
I’m so sad these don’t fit my wide feet. Just got them in the mail and they’re freaking beautiful and the fit is great length wise but my pinky toes are completely off the sole plate along with my the edge of each foot 😔
I haven't mate, no! I'm sure they'll be good though - Mizuno Elite models are about the same quality as normal top end models from other brands, and then the MIJ stuff is a tier above everything else. 🤝

i bought this elite version for about 80 pounds they’re fantastic, but 6 months in the glue is starting to come apart maybe because i play on ag. i dont wanna buy any thing but mizuno because of the comfort but they dont make any ag options
i know the made in japans at expensive but they’re def worth the price, would last you a long time, im on and off at pitches and my mij always perform so well
The reason why MIJ lasts so long isn't just the materials, they double glue the soleplate and glue the seam as well, so even within Mizuno's own lineup, it's no surprise durability on Elite version don't last nearly as well as the MIJs

How do these compare with a Copa Mundial? Is it really that much better? Mizunos are expensive in comparison to the copa.

@@NoahCavanaugh is the difference worth the $110+ price difference? They’re both boots with a similar take. Is the quality in leather that much better? Only asking because Copas have a group of people who swear by them! Also the quality on the copas is supposed to already be pretty good. Are the Mizunos quality that much better?? I plan on my next leather boot to be either of those.
