iPhone xs front camera not working

Same thing happening on my iPad, rlly annoying cuz when I go to record vids on aj classic, I have to record the screen, and the pc was an old school one my dad got for 30 bucks, so it needs to constantly be on charge. The iPad is from like 2012, so same charge problem, so I have to flip the iPad upside down to record, and if I do it wrong I have to redo everything or have an upside down recording. Makes it rlly annoying as well, not being able to look at the recording as well.
