- Tips:
1. Use blue bleaching powder.
2. Place bleach LIGHTY onto the Hd Lace Closure. When applying the bleach do not press the bleach on or rub the bleach in. Due to the extremely sheer material of an HD Lace closure, the bleach will go through the closure if you are not careful.
3. Work slowly. There is no prize to win if you finish applying the bleach to your closure in one minute. Take your time and be gentle.
4. Don't over-bleach your knots. Leave the bleach on for 20 minutes and then check the closure every five minutes that you decide to leave the bleach on. Over bleaching your Hd Lace Closure will make your closure look golden, unnatural, and brassy.

Marion Prieux Hey👋🏽. I am out of stock of my HD Lace. Also the longevity of your HD Lace closure depends on how you maintain it. Since closures don’t require glue to install or make a wig they last long. So the closure in this video is still good today.
This is her company so she will tell you it’s good. HD lace is super delicate and rips easy. Yes it’s the best for melting, but it doesn’t last long at all.

I’ve seen a few youtubers using up to 30 and 40 developer. Is 20 better and will I need to use an antibrass conditioner after? Sorry for all of the questions I’ve never done this before. Lots of love from England
Ms A All the questions are fine, don’t worry. I am not a licensed stylist, but the 20 has just worked the best for me in my experience of doing bleaching the knots many times. 20, 30, and 40 are just the strengths of how light you want to bleach the knots. Also in my experience, I’ve never had to use a toner or anti brass conditioner unless I was dying the hair itself on the closure or bundles. For my completion the color of the knots after just bleaching is perfect, but when I bleach the knots for my cousins with a darker complexion I will soak the closure in hot tea to tint the closure to their skin complexion. If you have never don’t it before, it might seam overwhelming at first but after doing it once you will see the outcome and then you can adjust from there and develop your own custom routine that works perfectly for you😉.
