How does this compare to the megaboom 4? They have similar soundness according to the specs, and similar size drivers, similar dimensions, but this is quite a bit more expensive, why???
I juuuuust bought the beats pill, have had the first mega boom since release has been through hell and back and is still kicking like new. Returning my beats ASAP
From the photo comparison shown in the video, the epic boom does NOT connect with another epic boom and the ever boom does NOT connect with another ever boom... Wtf?

fr, the megablast sounds unbelievable. it makes the megaboom series sound like a joke. they made a big mistake discontinuing the megablast. if they made a megablast with the same, improved drivers and without the big covering in the front (bc its not true 360 degrees), then it'd be absolutely perfect. but i still love it so much, i bought 2 of them since they are becoming rarer and harder to find.
A comparison video between the Everboom and the Megaboom 4 would be nice. When I tested the 2 at Best Buy, the Everboom was noticeably clearer but the Megaboom 4 was noticeably louder. The mesh on the Megaboom 4 seems a little more rugged whereas the mesh on the Everboom seems softer, which could be a factor in the sound difference, even though they’re both rated at IP67.
Agreed, but I don't know if the newer ones sound better. Had the ue boom 2 and I never enjoyed the sound but got it to pair with friends. I just gave it to my friend and got a Marshall Middleton and I love it
@@GadgetsGearCoffee I’ve got the JBL flip 6 and the soundcore motion 300 that both sound better I even bought a £40 speaker off Amazon, the creative muvo go. @@cpw182 UE still hasn't improved, and it's disappointing given when I bought the UE boom 2, I think this was pre Logitech takeover, UE brand anyway can cater to pro musicians but I guess that didn't carry over to their speakers. The Sound Motion 300 I bought, I like it, it's good for its size but the latency is so bad, it's impossible to not see it when watching movies, for music it's fine. The Marshall Middleton is much bigger and not in the same class as UE boom 2 & Soundcore Motion 300, but really good, really loud, low latency, I'm using it for DJing parties as well so it fills that gap for small indoor/outdoor parties and the 20h battery life is awesome (though at full volume it may not get to that). I wish AUX jacks would be on all speakers, UGH. That's a large reason why I got the Marshall but the sound is really good, clear, balanced, just a little warmth not too much.
@@gohkairen2980 cool bro I'm happy for you sounds like maybe I got a lemon then. Mine honestly had terrible battery life and when I say bass I mean deep bass not thump thump upper bass. But, maybe I just got a lemon
@@davidbezzant9820 maybe wrong expectations then, cause given the size of megaboom it's tough for it to generate thumpy base. I've own a jbl xtreme and it does give thumpy base but that shit huge and battery spoils with 2 years so idk if it's worth it for yr case

I have been waiting for the usb-c port for years
literally me too
no difference

Wondering this aswell
This was my first thought as well
I know from firsthand it def seems louder sounds better and is most definitely lighter than the megaboom 3 I have

Hi guys can you do a comparison between EverBoom and Bose Soundlink Max ? Thanks
Got the mic update on the og megaboom, love UE for supporting their og speakers
Does it / can it be changed on a Dock like the boom and megaboom.
No. They took away that feature.
From the photo comparison shown in the video, the epic boom does NOT connect with another epic boom and the ever boom does NOT connect with another ever boom... Wtf?
Whats the difference between megaboom and the everboom and epicboom?
Ugh I’m so mad i ordered the ue boom 3 last month because it was the latest speaker on there site and now they update this
i just got mine too but for a massive discount plus boom 4 doesn’t offer too much of an upgrade so i aint too mad
And what do you think? Do you honestly recommend it?

I like the design, but I love the Beats Pill. The Soundlink Flex is still very good.
🙄
Beats pill is overrated
@@Rayzajw I think it’s exactly the right amount of rated. Except the annoying power button you have to hold down for exactly 3 seconds. 😂
pill is absolute junk, but you're right on the flex. This UE is twice the size and cannot compete.
can megaboom 4 be charged on an Dock?
No
i still have the megablast - Still rocks over many.

does it have lossless support?
It supports baseless audio and compression at max volume if you like it
It's rly logitech when your referring to UE
Kind of like it’s really a Volkswagen when you buy a Bugatti?
Does this one go on the wireless charging pad they sell?
Does it have a cloud-based voice service (Alexa or Siri) and do they make good PC speakers?
Does it wireless charge

Hi Smart Home Sounds. Is the audio input jack gone on this new UE Everboom?

Sounds muffled, artificial sound and no mids

jbl battery quality sucks tho mine spoil withing 2 to 3 years
I love pairing my UE speakers up to crate a wall of sound. Looking forward to adding this to the collection.
I won’t be able to connect these new speakers to the older mega blast speakers right?
Did they fix the battery issues that were on megaboom3 ?
I had a ue boom 2 but I never liked the song. It's very muddy. I wonder if that changed that sound profile
do a v shape tune, makes my boom 3 a lot less muddy
Only reason I have the megaboom 3 is the wireless charging and it was on sale
