I know! It’s always frustrated me that two friends (of the same or opposite gender) can’t display affection without people mistaking them as a couple. Friends should be able to hold hands, cuddle, wipe they’re tears when they’re crying, kiss each other on the cheek etc. Without fear of being judged. Physical affection can and should be aloud in platonic relationships without people automatically thinking the people in question as a couple.
