I check the purchase history and money it say that I have bought it and my silver is gone too. Close the game and open it again and still not there, In my inventory and Market place.

End of 2024, when everyone gets PEN Debo Accessoires for free, a clip with a PEN Tungrad ring enhancement made it to the best clips. That is the problem right now with content in that game...
