I lived in Salt Lake for 25 years and really miss it. The real-time drive thorugh downtown, Parley's Canyon to Park City and Deer Valley and Empire Pass brought back so many pleasant memories. Thanks for a great video.
I lived in SLC back in the late 90's. there was a radio station I used to listened to which played oldies 24/7, and when I listen to oldies like in the Year 2525, A lover's Concerto, the Pied Piper among many others, it brings back lots of fond memories of Salt Lake City, a place that will always be present on my mind through oldies music.
I'm truly grateful for your videos, this one pop up today when I was looking for a solution for a big issue regarding precisely how to move from Venezuela to Utah. And I just felt the need to be present and watch the video, in order to straighten my thought process, and try to find a way to fulfill my objective. Thanks for your effort, and this video really made justice to the name of your channel
Terima kasih untuk video2 perjalanannya yg menyenangkan dan menenangkan...Saya sangat menikmatinya apalagi dengan kualitas gambarnya yg sangat bagus...Salam dari Indonesia...
What a delightful drive. I've driven through Utah several times, however it was always at night. This drive shows what a lovely state Utah is. Thank you for all you do. GOD bless.
I checked your show notes but didn't see the info. What camera are you using or were you extremely creative and mount one of your drones on your vehicle?
@@Allstarrounder so i’m from utah so im super biased towards utah, it kind of depends of what you like, maine is pretty cold but great for outdoorsy folk, arizona is way too hot for me, and i have family in tennessee out by knoxville and they love it like crazy out there. So for me personally id recommend Utah, great hiking, the best skiing in the world, very nice (albeit odd and very religious) people, and it’s a very safe and clean state, even the capital salt lake city is nice. For cities in utah id recommend the ogden area (about a 40 minute drive north of Salt Lake City), maybe not ogden proper but the surrounding cities in weber and davis county are filled with nice suburbs ranging from brand new builds to 1970s small homes. If you want to be close to Salt Lake it’ll be more expensive but anywhere in utah country is a good bet. Let me know if you have any more questions i’m happy to answer them 🤙🏼
It's a shame your camera only shoots straightforward. Because when you came down that hill and made a right. Looking left would have been a direct look at the capital building 😔 Nerves of steel going up that ski resort "narrow " road. Good job 👏🏼. Empire pass, breathe taking 😮. Awww, Foothill Dr. Reminds me of the San Bernardino mountains. That part almost looks like California.

Salt Lake and Park Cities are the only interesting parts of Northern Utah, as far as city living goes. Salt Lake alone has a much better nightlife than Provo (my hometown) does.
Thanks for sharing. I didn't see much stuff opened when I was driving late at night in Salt Lake where is the nightlife section? Also I have some videos of the Utah National Parks coming up take a look!
@@Relaxing.Scenes.Driving A good bit of it's in downtown SLC. A bit is also just a bit out of downtown. You'll have to look hard because Utah's liquor laws suck.

Utah has such amazing scenery.
I agree!
As someone who lives in Utah I agree with this a lot, it's why I love living here!
Best in the country IMHO. Washington State a close second.

Thank you so much! I have been trying to determine if I want to live here, so this was very helpful.
It felt safe in the city even late at night. Most big cities kinda get sketch at night so I hope you find what your looking for

It's so rare to have days that are even half that clear. Usually you can barely make out the mountains because of the inversion.
