@@floriansimmendinger3217 Hi Florian I got a SB Core a week ago and I tried to charge it normally but noticed that it wasnt charging. Later I noticed that the charger had the inside glue spread all outside the USB connection and that the charger was burned (probably the electrical current was too much). User´s manual do not specify any kind of appropiate current to apply to Core when charging (I simply used the normal one in any home). So now I don´t have a charger (I am getting support from Rose, at SB official page for support). The thing is that later I noticed that when I used the charger in the computer, the SB did charge but never showed the charging light and went in a non responsive mode, until it was disconnected it vibrated and started again. So I tried to charge it this way, but now my SB Core does not function: it simply does not respond to anything, just the "soft restart", but it does not do anything: my SB Core is "dead". Help me please, I just recently bought it and I have never been able to squeeze the full potential it has. Thanks a lot! (P.D.: we met in 2016 in Montreal, you pitched SB looking for sponsors at CIRMMT, :))
@@aldo_is Hi Aldo, this is a component defect - you didn't do anything wrong. Rose will send you a new cable and a new Core. Sorry about your troubles. Unfortunately I've never been in Montreal or Canada but my co-founder Julian studied at McGill :)
This is available for Android and iOS! The latest firmware is 1.5.2 (just came out a few days ago), though 1.5.1 should have the alarm feature as well. Hope this helps!
@@Soundbrenner Well I don t have the alarm option on my core steel. Also on Google play I see last change was 11/11/2020. Maybe that is the problem or that my phone has not the latest android?
Unfortunately after a few months of using this device it stopped charging. I have contacted the customer support but I have not received any reply :( Here is the video of the problem: ruclips.net/video/RUBpCtL90pg/видео.html
Ya don’t worry about fixing the functions that don’t work add an alarm clock... because our phones just aren’t good enough
We released a lot of fixes with the update too - there's just no point in producing a video about bug fixes

Is it only for iPhones now? I can t still update mine soundbrenner core. My current firmware is 1.5.1...
