Alright were at it again with some franc advice,
-As always, go with hardcore endless (as surgeon ofc)
-For those who don't get it, every heal as a surgeon gives 5 francs each which will be received after you win
-Thanks to @Rtrbr.Realism again for the new info (bro is wise)
-Just try to chill as a surgeon to avoid dying (only frontline when needed and just get supplies)

Or is it only if you begin healing them, and cancel it?
Originally, I was under the impression that normally, every tick of supplies lost over the course of healing someone was 5 francs each.

Keep in mind this only works on pc. You cannot cancel healing on mobile.

fun fact:i already discover this month ago.
highest heal in san sebastian is 48 when you have bunch of peoople injurd or got accepted for healings even tho it's 90% hp so it's possible to even reach 100heals when everyone accept your healings(btw get another medic for supplies grind and bunch of people to intentionally get injurd a lot by shamblers than zappers)

How many francs do you get per heal? Do you get them immediately in campaign or do you have to beat the campaign first? When do you get the bonus heal francs on endless? Immediately or after each round?

You get 5 ( though it says 3 on the wiki), you get it after you win in campaign. In endless you get it after every 5 waves

I have cooked up a hypothetical franc farm, and if it is run with some friends it will be the best farming method
This would require sappers and normal stuff to defend blah blah normal stuff, but also 2 surgeons, one being you and another farming supplies for you, leaving one zombie being stalled, and another player being constantly burnt and healed and by the time after burn wears off, they would have reached max hp, repeat this until all supplies are gone and then start the next few waves until your payment(surgeon heals still counts even if they don't heal)
The pros are clearer, since medic requires both supplies and enough hp to heal, this solves it by having supplies being readily available and not having hp go up and ruins amount of possible heals
Now I don't have the time (nor friends 😢) to do this with, but I'll leave this information for you guys who do have willing test subjects to try this
Now id personally stop at wave 20 with this, because it becomes harder to do if you get overrun, but you can push the limits on this(I would still recommend objective since this is harder to pull off and optimise, and you get around 250 from San if you heal any one and everyone so 250 in like 20 minutes)

Haven't played mobile that much but there should be a jump button for your character, just click that and see if it works
