You missed one that is the epitome of a Power Stone clone. I see almost no one talk about this game. It's an indie from a French developer called Last Fight (2016). I played it on PS4 and it was great for scratching that Power stone itch but ultimately didn't live up to the standard set by it
None of these games could top the greatness of the OG Power Stone. Smash Legends and Grand Adventure come close and are great games in and of themselves, but they each have some glaring flaws that keep them from scratching that same itch.
What's weird to me, right now, as I am in a huge Power Stone mood... is that none of these titles "feel" like Power Stone to me if that makes any sense? I feel it's not just the gameplay, but the whacky 19th century adventure feel with all the usual archetypes, that makes the game what it is. Combat Core for example, looks great, and the art style also feels a little like Power Stone as well but it's... just not the same? I don't know, I can't explain better than I already did.
Flanders by far is one of the most unfair fighting game opponents, especially due to his ability to heal himself up to full health if he gets his special ability off…. And he’s really good at recovering the energy to do so, over and over and over and OVER…
Great video, always nice to see Power Stone get some love, and it was interesting seeing all the games inspired by it. If you decide to make another video like this, I suggest looking into Gigabash. It's basically Power Stone but with kaiju (the devs even cite Power Stone and War of the Monsters as inspirations). It also has a DLC pack with Godzilla characters, which I think is pretty neat.
I played the hell out of the Simpsons Wrestling as a kid, and now, every time I look at it, there's a part of my brain that wants to play it for nostalgia, another part that wants to avoid the game, and another that wants to play it for shits and giggles, as it looks like it could be entertaining for how bad it is. Though I'll admit, I do think the game's soundtrack is a banger to this day.

River City Melee Mach!. Both Spawn and Heavy Metal Geomatrix on Dreamcast use the Power Stone Engine as well. The Japanese versions of the One Piece Grand Battle games on Gamecube have enough differences to be distinguished from the US version, Grand Battle 3 uses non cell shaded graphics and more cinematic specials, Grand Battle Rush! is a better version of the US Grand battle that has more characters and ultimate moves both games have characters that are exclusive to each one.
