I have stayed at the other Four Seasons Hotel and have heard that neither of the two hotels in Bogota are up to regular Four Season standards. I guess your point of view contradicts that.
The hotel definitely lives up to Four Season Standards, it's just a small property in a colonial style setting with somewhat limited amenities, however, the staff, décor, comfort and quality is absolutely fantastic.

Looks fabulous, but very pricey. I see their room rates are in the range US $250 - $450 depending on the room and the night of the week. I am going to Bogota soon so I researched the better hotels in that city. I discovered that in the range of US $75 - $99 per night (my budget) you can a room in a 4 star hotel and even in a few 5 star hotels if they have a special.

I travel to Bogota quite frequently, never stayed at the Four Seasons, but I think it’s definitely worth checking out.
