Area 419 Tactical Scope Mount vs 2,200lb Pull Test

A few weeks ago we tested the grab strength of our scope mounts and rings under increasing torque loads. Now, we're putting them to the test under tension.
Because we know you'll ask - for each test we used either one ring or half of the mount. We used the same scale, and the slug was a 34mm turned aluminum bar that had been anodized, just like your scope. Between mounts we would clean it well use a touch of white scotch-brite to return to the appropriate texture. The rings/mounts were all assembled per their manufacturer's instructions, and treated the same. We won't name them though, as we don't say bad things about other brands products in relation to ours, no need to.
