Check manual for your navtex > troubleshooting. There are clear instructions. For NCR-333, the reasons can be: 1.The external printer is not ON - turn it on. 2.the printer power is not turned on - check the printer power cable. 3. Printer property (printer settings) is incorrect - check printer settings. If nothing helps or there other problems better contact your ship servicemen.
@@uasupply i tried the manual sir. I tried turning the printer on and off and the navtex itself but it doesnt work. The printer itself is functioning well. It can feed and the online/offline button were functioning well. It can print the DIP SW setting well. It seems like theres no connection in between the printer and the navtex. Thank you for your advise sir. Maybe we just need to contact a servicemen.
