Katya’s pretty quiet in this;) it reminds me of what Bianca said about her, that she keeps to herself. I kinda wish she chimed in during the acid Betty question. She was pretty angry when she talked about it in one of her periscopes.

deadass it must be so tiring. These queens deserve so much respect for doing the long tour dates and travelling and also I love that Courtney gives us a snippet of what tour life for the queens is like

Jinx's comment about Season 8 was spot on! A few of the queens are genuinely interesting performers, and the camaraderie between (almost) everyone has been truly heart-warming. But the challenges have been rather "meh", and the lip synchs and acting challenges... sigh... Another thing I'm missing is that the other seasons had undeniable stand-out stars like JInks, Alyssa, Willam, Katya, etc. So far, I haven't seen anyone this season with that "bigger than life" quality. It is nice, however to see the genuine friendships and camaraderie take center stage, for a change. I know it's not RuPaul's Best Friends Race, but It's refreshing to see the queens care about and stick up for each other (go, Derrick!).
+Rose Scott Interesting, when everybody else seem to think that Season 8 is one of the best seasons, and people have been all over Bob, Thorgy, Betty, and Derrick in every comment sections of RPDR 8 related videos.
+Koonisha Kardashian I do think Ru accomplished his goal of giving us a fresh take on a show that's in its 8th season. Just so you know, I don't dislike this season. It's just so very different. As for Derrick, he hasn't won me over as a queen, but he seems like a very kind person. That's the only thing holding me back from loving Betty- charismatic and brilliant, but the meanness is a real turn-off for me. Regardless, RPDR is still one of the most original, compelling shows ever created, so thank you Mother Ru and all you brave queens.
That Call Me lip sync is everything that's wrong with lip sync performances right now. You could say the same about the double elimination but the show didn't side with a queen then.
+Thing Thang Oh dear, you just reminded me of poor Naysha's wig falling off... I still cringe thinking about it. Agree with you on the double axing- no way to favor anyone in that instance.

Even Call Me could've been presented as a trainwreck with the right editing because all they did was try to out-do each other in gymnastics. I think the only lip-sync I've enjoyed was Laila's first and Robbie's because the skates were something we hadn't seen before.
