Someone in my server got windy bee. I was congratulating him cause I had donated well over 300 vials for the past 3 weeks. I went ahead and tested my luck after he tamed it, and I got it as well after donating 10 vials. We celebrated doing 4 meateor showers back to back. Was a nice experience!
There is a really easy way to get cloud vials its called "windy hopping": if you join the game and the wind shrine is moving that means that there is a windy bee on the server, but if its not moving that means there is no windy bee.If there is no windy bee than you can server hop to a new server. With this way you can donate 10 cloud vials every hour. That means that you just have to grind around 1-1,5 days but is all about luck . Soo good lucky everyone getting their windy bees

Jelly beans work but what I found is 6 donated 3 times to get it started. The first 3 times you donate it won't do anything but windy notices. Then after the 3 times, then 6 jelly beans work for 3 times. then you have to increase it to 11 and that works for 3 times. Then 16, for 3 times. Once you get to 36 or 41, you can go back to 6 jelly beans. Star jelly only works for about 3 times then it has a cooldown too.
1 glitter also works probably every time wich is way cheaper than star jelly you should try it out just once or twice and if you can try it in the test realm too but still just donate 1
star jelly easily obtainable by cococrab and stump which by the time you get through half of spirit bear should be killable while for glitter there is just no good method

Another tip: When u are trying to get windy as a 2nd petal reward or something, try to server hop, get 10 cloud vials, donate em, server hop for more and then u should get 10 cloud vials before the donation refreshesh so its a better way! BTW every item gives favor, 500 tropical drinks meant like 300k+ favor wich is equivalent to 60 cloud vials, wich is really good and can help with winds later on too.
I've donated a spirit petal, and when I donate cloud vials.. I get only honey and some boosts. No "You call out to the windy bee" messages. Did I mess up or something?

I know it’s only been a day, but I’ve grinding all day since yesterday and donated around 70-80 vials by windy bee server hopping, mostly to ignore/deal with the heartbreak of wasting over 250 vials onto a bee I had a 0% chance of getting

You didn't forget any spawn fields but I did have Windy Spawn in the Rose field before. Similar to sometimes Mondo chick will be in the Pineapple field.
you can donate 50mil basic eggs with gives you 5mil rep witch is eqaul to donating 1000 cloud vials. Average amount that my friends donated is arround 1000 so by donating 50t honey you can in theory get a windy bee buy just donating one (i did the math + i am saving up honey for it cause i'm mentally insane)

Kill your coconut crab before summoning any windy bee there is a chance for windy bee to spawn/go there and it will cause problems
U can go to ledge and your bees will attack bee. U can also just run in and out to kill

I found that the cheapest way for me to spawn windy is only about 3 field dice not 5-10. Not too big of an increase but accumulative overtime
