And 2, from what i've seen the potential can only go up or down by 1.5

its a bug I Also covered and apparently it has to do with beequips changing their potential because of the server being set in a different timezone

I think it makes the ubgrade for the beequip better and more likely

Better chance of upgrading the beequip from waxing
For examaple waxing a 10 potential elf cap will increase it's stats and higher chance of getting hive bonus more than a 1 potential
