Egoscue update: 2 full weeks

Feeling like progress is being made! Still have nerve pain, but it’s at a pain level 3-5 most of the time so I can live. Would like to work on being able to bend forward more. My next appointment is tomorrow! #egoscue #microdiscectomy #nervepain #posturalalignmemt #spinesurgery #L5S1

Does it hurt to sit down?

michael muro my nerve pain returned at 9 months post op, and when I do have it I can be standing or sitting, or walking. The only time I don’t feel it is when I lie down, with or without my knees bent. My pain level has significantly reduced since starting Egoscue, I’m at a level 3 most of the time instead of a 7. I had an MRI today so we shall see if I have reherniated-but even if I did, I’m not having a second surgery.

, I had microdiscectomy surgery the same as you in December the first few weeks lt was good however since then the pain level has pretty much been a six or seven im having an MRI today to see what's going on. Let me know what they find as I will let you know what they find in me
