I am using for 4 months , 3000 km run. No major issue. Excellent scooter , but underrated. Getting 120-125 km range in eco mode. build quality and suspension great.

I purchased a Vida V1 Pro in January 2023 and have driven it for 24,700 kilometers as on dated. I strongly advise against buying this vehicle. The term "death machine" is appropriate because it has a significant issue with limp mode, causing it to suddenly stop while riding, posing a risk of a major accident, especially if a large vehicle is behind you. The service center has been unable to resolve this problem, so I recommend avoiding this flawed machine. Please pin this message.

Absolutely true correct review/observations, I have purchased it discount ke chakkar mein (1.46L)and already driven 6200km in 6 months. The scooter has waterfobia goes horribly wrong if u drive in water logged road. Start switch problem. Limp home problem. Most horribly 2 times it was toe to service center,Took 15 days for PDU UNIT failure. And another time it was start switch fault. It was not all good experience. But overall need to avoid water logged road. Good thing all as explained by Tarun ..Thank you Mr Tarun for true review..🎉
Ola driven for 15k+ km, side stand broken twice, center stand they don't provide, attached 3rd pard stand, after few months the chasis point at which center stand attaches broke, even the chasis is of poor build quality. Handle shake issues are common for many, I too have that.

as a vida owner for for almost 11 months, I have not faced any button / charging issues. but sometimes after starting the battery shows - - indicator and scooter shuts down. happens around 10% of the times, and never happened after it starts riding. Water getting in the boot is a slight problem, but water can go out again from the holes on the bottom. the app is buddy, and usually starting it for the second time starts it, and the ride tracking is usually accurate.
What problems are you facing? I really hate why they provide hopeless touch screen, feature to hai hi nahi kuch. Aur faltu ek remote key dete hai jab ki mobile connect hota hi nahi. I guess only ather is more perfect than any other scooter. Usme bhi removable battery aa Jaye toh sale double hogi.. Vida common issues like below point 1. Useless touch screen 0 features. 2. Single remote provided is risky is lost no option to ride as mobile app works only 10% chance. 3.poor break or say no rear break. 4. Seat is stupid design many attempt need to lock it. Also water leak inside storage. 5. Poor quality buttons. Advantage 1. Fast charge available at ather network 2. removable battery 3. Smooth ride no power cut while breaking. 4.you can ride on single battery while 2nd battery charging at home.

Navigation is useless, battery keeps on draining sometimes resulting in loss of range. limp home, does not function well. once towed away due to discharge of auxiliary battery, and the power in eco mode is inadequate for about 45 kmph if the mode is changed battery starts draining quickly that is not the case with ather. A standalone network is required to support at least basic functions to receive software updates and maps but tft is installed just for showcase. My running is 60 to 70 kms but i cannot rely on this scooter because of the poor range. No dedicated space in hero service centre so the long waiting time is there
Tarun bhai mera paas bhi ola s1 pro gen 1 hai but 5000 km hota hi uska vcu kharab ho gaya. Mai bihar me rahta hu...mai ticket raise Kiya to 10 din baad ka home servicing ka date mila....phir mai pahle hi auto me load karke servicing center pahuchaya....ab check karne ke baad ye log mere ko 1 month wait karne ke liye bol rahe hai aur mera ola scooter wahi servicing center me laga hai....mera to ab electric scooty se viswas uth gaya hai kyuki 160000 me ola mila mere ko but normal scooty 100000 me aajata hai aur 60000 me mai kam se kam 30000 km aaram se chalata. Mai to bahut dukhi hu ola lekar and servicing bhi sahi nhi hai ola ka...sirf ye log bechne pe focus kar rahe hai servicing pe nhi...
I have Vida V1 pro. Almost completed 7000km, lots of problems l faced within six months. Company service is not good. After two service the issues have not resolved. Handlebar & ignition switch quality is very poor. Software have so many issues. Many times the vehicle go on ' LIMP HOME' during ride. It's is very risky while highway ride. I think petrol vehicle is better choice than huge money invested in ev.
My Vida V1 Pro is dumped at Ranjeet Motors workshop for 'limp home' error within few days of buying...hardly 150 kms driven....brand new e -scooter.... company doesn't have single motor replacement nor any procedure to serve customers and 10-15 days is the minimum breakdown time at this service station at Thane with no customer care...or updates....still awaiting HERO service...what brand what service!!!!

Check service centre and after sales service provided after 1 year or so. Lithium batteries will show their real fate after 1 or 1.5 year or so

Mai bihar me rahta hu...mai ticket raise Kiya to 10 din baad ka home servicing ka date mila....phir mai pahle hi auto me load karke servicing center pahuchaya....ab check karne ke baad ye log mere ko 1 month wait karne ke liye bol rahe hai aur mera ola scooter wahi servicing center me laga hai....mera to ab electric scooty se viswas uth gaya hai kyuki 160000 me ola mila mere ko but normal scooty 100000 me aajata hai aur 60000 me mai kam se kam 30000 km aaram se chalata. Mai to bahut dukhi hu ola lekar and servicing bhi sahi nhi hai ola ka...sirf ye log bechne pe focus kar rahe hai servicing pe nhi...

I have Vida V1 pro. Almost completed 7000km, lots of problems l faced within six months. Company service is not good. After two service the issues have not resolved. Handlebar & ignition switch quality is very poor. Software have so many issues. Many times the vehicle go on ' LIMP HOME' during ride. It's is very risky while highway ride. I think petrol vehicle is better choice than huge money invested in ev.

My Vida V1 Pro is dumped at Ranjeet Motors workshop for 'limp home' error within few days of buying...hardly 150 kms driven....brand new e -scooter.... company doesn't have single motor replacement nor any procedure to serve customers and 10-15 days is the minimum breakdown time at this service station at Thane with no customer care...or updates....still awaiting HERO service...what brand what service!!!!
