Disco House is back! Milk & Sugar Recordings plays tribute to one of the liveliest genres of electronic dance music history, that’s nowadays once again heating up dance floors around the world.
To understand the genre in its core, a look into its past and present is crucial. "STARDUST" merits these and features Disco House pearls from yesteryear and now. Classics such as Moloko's, "Sing It Back", remixed by Boris Dlugosch (represented once more with "Keep Pushin"), have not lost any of their intensity even after 20 years. Same applies to "Higher & Higher" by Milk & Sugar, Hardrive with "Deep Inside", Bobby D'Ambriosio's "So Thankful" and the aforementioned Italian disco god, Giorgio Moroder. Hannover’s, Mousse T, has been there from the beginning and continues to ride the Disco House wave to this day, as evidenced by the track "Summerdayz". Sandy Rivera also paved the way for the genre with his project Kings of Tomorrow and remains one of the most influential players to this day.
With two CDs full of disco-house love, "STARDUST" transports lots of positive emotions and is the perfect soundtrack for upcoming summer. „Milk & Sugar pres. Stardust“ drops on April 27th 2018 as limited 2xCD and download edition.
