I am a geography teacher and I believe the answer for question 15 is plateau. A plateau is an area of flat high land. Flat land is represented by an absence of contour lines and the land is high. A round topped hill would be represented by a series of round contour lines going inwards and increasing in height.
I am a retired geography teacher with over 40 years experience at the fifth form level. I also agree with you that Y is a plateau and not a round-topped hill, for the same reason you stated.
