    Hey, cool video!!!! It really is interesting how historical figures like guanyu become gods in china! There must be lots of temples celebrating him in china, right??? Another person-to-god figure is the great governor/engineer' Li Bing, in chengdu (the old Shu kingdom that was eaten up by Qin). It's so interesting!!! Also the aunties singing must happen all all china -- saw it in parks in Wuhan for sure! Are you going to return to kaifeng? (by the way, I first learned of guanyu when you devoted a segment to him in Behind the Great Firewall!!!

      hopefully will revisit kaifeng, but there're too much places to go to make video archives in the future. unfortunately the podcast is no longer exist😅
