as a Nigerian who was studying medicine in Ukraine but studies got disrupted due to war and would like to further studies in Ukraine, i would still have to study the language right? Also after the IFP program, what are the chances of actually getting admission to your preferred course(medicine) in the university as you said only 25 places are allocated?
Medicine is the course with one of the strictest entry requirements in Austria so I don’t really know how possible it is to continue your course or gain entry. And medicine is only offered in German so you’d have to learn it

As a Ghanaian, regarding the legislation and authorisation is it the photocopies or both original and photocopies recrived for legislation at the embassy,
Legalizing a document is basically a photocopy of your papers with the embassy stamp
Hello, thank you for your videos, that help us enough. I’m Cameroonian and I what to do a Bsc in Austria but I don’t leave anymore in Cameroon. I wanted to know how could I do my legalization knowing that in the country I am, the don’t need anymore to legalize their documents in Austrian embassy, just an apostille in an administrative office. Without legalization I don’t know if you’d get the student visa from the embassy

Each school has its own application portal. You’d have to find the portal on the school website
Please after applying and getting the admission. How do you pay for rented room if you don’t know anyone there ? And will the embassy ask you where you are going to stay ? Since you haven’t booked for a room
You won’t get your visa without already having accommodation. And the accommodations have ways which internationals can pay
Please do they accept unofficial transcripts? And let’s suppose you studied in another country do you have to go back to the country’s education ministry to legalise them? Or you can just do all the legalisations in your country
I doubt your document would be considered valid if it’s not an official transcript. I’m sure the country does not matter
Hello from Kazakhstan! Your video is very helpful! i was wondering, where do u apply for IFP? Do u apply there through particular uni? Do you have to come to Austria directly to apply? Can you apply for IFP if you have good IELTS score but you just started learning german? Because as far as i know you are learning german during the IFP
You can apply from your home country and apply for the visa after you have been admitted. You do learn German with the program as well so you don’t really need to have high German skills for it

It seems most of the unis dont have a specfied gpa requirement. So in ghana you have to go to abuja to superlegalize ur documents???
Most of them don’t care about the gpa and yes you have to legalize in Nigeria

Yeah it’s enough. They have their own special exam which you’d have to pass to get in apart from your grades been good

No you don’t have to. If you also have the Belgium resident permit it makes moving a lot easier as well.

Good day dear, please for bsc in nursing, do I need to do the foundation course? Applying to Graz university.
The foundation course is mostly done by people whose degree is not fully recognized for the course they want to do or who just want a better chance of been accepted into a university. It is not compulsory tho and if your grades from your home country is good you can just apply to the university directly.

So do you apply for the foundation program before you can apply for say a masters program ? Or when you apply for a masters program, u get to austria and do the foundation course
I know of people who were directly taken into the masters program because their certificates were recognized while for most people the foundation course has to be done before you can apply for masters

Yes it is unless you have the A levels or International Baccalaureate

Yes this depends on the course you want to do especially masters. It has to be the exact Bachelors you completed. Unfortunately they don’t really trust African report cards so the chance of getting rejected is higher. With the IFP you can study any course you want for your bachelors.

How do I legalized my documents
You first have to go to the Notary who would photocopy your original documents and stamp it to show that it’s to replace the original. Then you go to the ministry of foreign affairs where they authenticate the document

There are not a lot of scholarships offered in Austria as the education system is considered „free“. You would have to do a deep research to find any and it’d most likely be private funded scholarships
