    Great video. I love the tips, I definitely need to implement more no-scroll days myself :).
    My therapist taught me that it's important to acknowledge negative thoughts and not try to repress them especially with things such as anxiety (which I suffer massively from), and then practice reframing these thoughts and trying to see if there is evidence for or against them. You can do that when removed from the thing that triggered them (very hard to do in the moment). You put on your problem-solving hat and try to see it from an outsider's perspective. It takes a lot of practice.
    Sometimes you have to sit with these negative emotions and process them that way you can "move on" (although they never truly disappear) to more positive things :). Basically, the idea is that negative thoughts will only grow if completely ignored. Just thought I'd share for anyone struggling because it's helped me a lot the past few months.
