XX Festival Bandistico Internazionale Besana Brianza 2024 - crowdfunding kicks off!

The Associazione Musicale Santa Cecilia di Besana in Brianza has been organising the "Festival Bandistico Internazionale Besana Brianza" for over thirty years.
The event, which attracts thousands of enthusiasts every two years, has always been structured around the search for a formula that makes it possible to propose high-level musical entertainment for all age groups and audiences.
Since the 2017 edition, the Festival has been held in the prestigious historical park of Villa Filippini, a location that has immediately captivated the public and the artists involved.
The 20th Edition will take place from 27th June to 30th June 2024 The event aims to celebrate the excellence of band music and promote cultural diversity through various national and international performances.
With its 19 biennial editions, hosting a total of 200 different bands, 8000 spectators per edition and involving more than 200 passionate volunteers, the event has always been characterised by its proposal of high-level musical entertainment.
The rich programme, which includes more than 20 events over 4 days, will offer evening concerts, late-night concerts, a dawn concert on Sunday morning, the traditional Sunday parade, workshops for children, aperitifs and musical picnics to be held entirely outdoors on the park's large amphitheatre lawn, offering the public a complete immersion in the Festival.
We believe that an event of this magnitude not only enriches our community, but also helps to spread knowledge and appreciation of band and non-band music.
The event is managed entirely by our Association with the invaluable help of all our Volunteers, whom we will never cease to thank.
