Finally someone that wasn't afraid to ask Eric about BTS!
Joanna P the interviewer was really good. he crafted the question in a way that will appeal to the side of eric as a host, so he was able to give his insight about the BTS journey from that point of view and not the usual you-know-bts thing.

A lot of companies specifically ask not to have bts mentioned because Kpop groups don’t want to be compared to bts because there is already the notion that every Kpop group that comes to America is in BTS’ shadow

Same I started to listen to mamamoo and then my youtube recommendations became flooded with Eric and Solar. So I checked his stuff and now I'm deep into it. His podcasts are also amazing.
i’ve always loved how eric’s personality shines through his interviews, but i also really appreciate the interviewer here! the questions are thoughtful, the flow is enjoyable, and the atmosphere feels so casual and intimate. great interview 👌
I could listen eric talk forever like his voice is just so impacting and soothing but that goes the same for the interviewer and that's the first time I feel the interviewer was just as powerful as the celeb. A great deal of time!!

Did they pull stuff from the zachsangshow and grace helbig? I love Eric, but I wish the interviewing company found new questions. But then again, any source that can get people to know more about Eric is great bc his music is genuinely amazing
Pretty certain this was filmed before the Zach Sang show (I was in the audience here) And there are always questions that are going to repeat for new audiences or because the management wants certain questions to be answered
