They are pretty comfortable. Watched a few movies with them and never felt sore. Mic quality is not the greatest, but it's nice it has it so you don't have to take them off. Audio is basic, but I didn't expect much more. Battery holds up well though, still on the same inital charge, so all in all I'm satisfied.**SK**

The bottom circle button is the on button. You want to have your Bluetooth on the phone on...then turn on the headphones. They should automatically go into a pair mode with red and blue flashes, and then look for TP-19 on your Bluetooth list on the phone.**SK**
How to unpair Bluetooth device directly from headphone? I'm only able to unpair from already connected device but it's really annoying to use first device just to unpair the headphone for connect to second device...
do you know how to factory reset them? I can't figure out which device it currently is paired to and I can't unpair it to pair it to another device. Hope that makes sense!
That ain't do not know. I would look for a small pinhole somewhere on the bottom to press in possibly, but Idk if you can. I don't have them with me to review. Sorry I couldn't be more help. Maybe trying to repair using the Bluetooth button and then seeking to pair to override but I'm sure you've already tried. All the best!
These headphones are the 'lowest/poor quality' headphones Ive ever owned. Personally speaking, no... I wouldnt recommend them. These were replace my MPOW Mpow 059 Wireless Headphones, Hifi Stereo Audio,Foldable Design, Bluetooth 5.0 Rock-solid Connection, Clear Hands-Free Calls, Crafted Comfort, Premium Battery Life (7 Colors) IN TEAL BLUE i bought in UK, about 7yrs ago for $40. they JUST DIED TODAY. Lol... tried these out and OY, what-a-MESS!! Now buying some Mpow for $22, hope to sell these off for maybe $40bucks
Agreed, they aren't as good as the Mpows, which I had the same kind and did a review on those as well. Those where certainly a level above their price point. Think I paid $25 or so for mine. I won't pretend these are super impressive but for a cheap pair with a few functions I think they pass long as you know you know what to expect. If you can find those Mpows still I don't blame you at all for going that direction.**SK**
How is the bass how goes is the sound? I just replaced my Lenovo th40 and the sound is so bad I'm returning them. The Lenovo think plus are the best headphones I've ever heard
These are okay, bass is not great at all, nothing special overall. Great cheap pair, easy to use, last a while and comfortable, but if you are anything of an audio person this will not be the pair for you.
I just got a S22 and haven't issues..Spry to hear that though. Only thing I can think of is to try having the headphones off, set up your bluetooth, then turn on the headphones and look for TP19. If you havent already. Sometimes when the device is on first it will have issues.**SK**
Whenever you pick up a call the microphone should automatically activate. If you are trying to use it to record and use the cord connected to say a computer, I'm not sure. But I would think it's the same premise. Activate the recording on the computer and it should work.**SK**
Can you tell me how to deal with the volume, because if they can't do anything with the volume then they are useless to have... at least Sony headphones have that functionality.

I think they are now the TUINYO. Or those are extremely similar replicas. But ya, I haven't seen them for a while.

These do have a volume button on them, and it should work when you press up and down..may have to keep pressing rather than hold.**SK**
