The first time I saw Dan perform (with Supernaut), I told him that he would kill on a Queensryche tune. This absolutely blew me away. This is even better than I imagined. \m/
They couldn't do the old Queensryche music (Take Hold of the Flame). That was when Geoff was at his best. This song is good and they cover it well, but it's kind of weak in the vocals department (it doesn't test Geoff's range, or any one else's for that matter). But also by the time this came out Geoff was having issues with his voice. This album(Empire had this and Silent Lucidity and they were great songs, but also the band was coming apart at the seams.
@@stevechristy3244 to be fair, we've done a lot of QR (new and old) there are vids out there. That stuff is insane to sing regardless who does it. We're just having fun with it.
It was done at the studio, and we didn’t ask for it (or get a chance to get it removed) before it printed. Believe me, if you look at any of our live videos of this song, he can sing this perfect!

Great song and really tight cover, but listen closer to the rhythm of the opening bass line. Those 2 missing 16th notes changes the feel drastically.
