Definitely enjoy your commentary videos verses the silent ones, you have the right voice and attitude that captures my attention, but I’m just one person. Still enjoy the silent ones for the content, your voice-overs make that content explode. Thank you for sharing, I’m learning from everyone of your videos.
I like your style of leather goods! Would like to see your process , when coming up with a original design. That are inspired by existing leather goods.
Thank you for sharing, nice to see a full build and longer video although I'm sure takes a lot of time filming/editing much appreciated.... what is the tool you used @11:28
Great little Mini Lilly tote! Really enjoyed watching you make this, plus (especially) some of your specialty tools. The length of this video was just perfect, and your background music was just right. Some people have their music to loud. I like hearing the noise that your tools make. Keep up the great work! Glad that you have this "channel" and that we can share your process with you. Btw, if you ever decide to do "Patterns" on the side, I'd definitely get some. Continued Blessings on your business an on your day! :)
Nice tutorial, pretty tote also. The distressed leather adds to the appearance of the bag. Have a good day. Oh, I left you a number on messenger. Keep up the good work and pet Chloe. Happy Holidays to you guys.
Always like watching your videos send seeing your work. Mind if I ask what the dimensions on the pieces are, pre-sewing? Cheers and keep up the good work!
Superb workmanship as always. May I ask a couple questions on tools? 1. The canted skiving knife. Custom made? 2. The adjustable channeller. What is the correct name for this tool? I cannot find it on-line. Many thanks for sharing your knowledge with humour.
@@MasconLeather Thanks, I am just starting out, and was trying to get an idea about how long it takes to build various items. I designed many things made from sheet plastics for 30 years. I like to design and fabricate, but the process for using sheet plastics is not basement shop friendly. Thanks again for all the time you spend, showing us how do fabricate from leather.
I’ve been doing leather work for the past month, I picked it up for Christmas as a gift to myself (tools and leather 1500$)..and I can still remember the first time I completed a project, and all the hours that went into it, seems like just a month ago..lmao
Would you mind sharing what the clear material under the piece you are punching your stitching holes in is? I am using poundo board, way to much bounce.
Great Job! It is a pleasure to see you do these works of art. One question: What is the f* tool you use to go over the edges before giving them glue? Some kind of sandpaper? My wife is ñtired of me removing her manicure XD (Thanks!)
@@MasconLeather That's what I thought, thank you, $120 for one chisel just doesn't make sense to me as a hobbyist, I'll just continue with my 10 prong. Thank you again
I completely understand. I do some stitch runs (top hems and straps) that are 5-6 FEET long. So those extra 5 prongs multiplied over 5 feet saves time for me. But if I weren’t doing long runs, I’d never use them
Hello! I, as your subscriber, are interested in the tool with which you clean the edges of the skin for gluing. What is it called and where can it be purchased? Thanks for the interesting video tutorials!

Holy crap man the amount of leather you have on the wall is crazy. Maybe one day ill get to the point of being able to stock more material
😆 right ?!?! I have 6 wall racks in total.

It’s a tool I made to mark rivet locations. I show it more in my rivet video here on RUclips.

Thank you so much for this. I struggle with music volume. I want it “present” but not overpowering. It’s tough sometimes. I’m glad you liked it.

What’s the grooving tool you used to start the skived edge?? That’s a genius way to ease into an even skive
It’s v-gouger. Or groove gouger. 👍
@@MasconLeather found it, cheers.

Nice job Artie! What weight do you like to use for your totes?
It varies. But 4oz - 7oz. Depending.
Nice skive..... another fantastic video....

1. The canted skiving knife. Custom made?
2. The adjustable channeller. What is the correct name for this tool? I cannot find it on-line.
Many thanks for sharing your knowledge with humour.
Thanks!!! 1. Yes, custom made by ibex iron works. 2. V gouge is the name. That will help your search on google. Thanks for watching!
Great videos. Would you show the time it takes from start to finish on your projects? Thanks
Thanks!! It’s tough because the wallets by themselves take 3-5 hours. But if I film the process it takes 25-45 hours.
