To strengthen your natural nails (plus hair), use Biotin! It also stops your nails getting ridges. My mom hooked me on it. Daily, I take 10,000 mcg, Yes 10,000! You will notice the difference in 3 months. My nails (& hair) grow stronger and faster than normal. I usually get salon acrylic, and we all know how hard that is on nails. I’ve found some really great ones that come in a set on Amazon - just find some with great reviews and a lot of reviews (I tend to only purchase things with an average of 4.5 stars or higher and at least 200 reviews or more. Usually fool proof- especially if there are also lots of photos lol.

Mine are really grown and I want to take them off but I want to keep my natural nail long so I think I'll go to a salon because I don't know how to do this well and when I've done it before I've harmed my nail. :(

My nails are thin as well. I found a biotin nail polish treatment and it really helps
