This new attraction is entirely different, because it doesn't have "Scary" in the title anymore. I'm not a parent myself, but it's highly recommended that children under 5 need to board this attraction with well-trusted adults which include relatives, babysitters or nannies, guardians, caregivers, etc. as a way to get experience. The queen who transforms into a peddler woman is very scary for them to see which exactly explains why they'll cry and scream on behalf of exiting this brand new dark ride.
