I just opened my captain carrot figure and i think this is the coolest figure mcfarlane has made; and the ears move. Cool, i use to read the comics when i was younger, i hope mcfarlane does a few more.
I very well may be one of the biggest Captain Carrot & The Amazing Zoo Crew fans that exists. This figure looks cool and I will get it but sadly this isn’t the original & best version of Captain Carrot. The chase figure has the original colors of Rodney..originally named Roger Rabbit BEFORE the movie character came out ;) Anyway, the figure is inaccurate as Cap is only 2 feet 6 inches tall definitely shorter than this figure. He may well be taller in this version but never saw him in a comic taller than any human. Need an action figure of the TRUE Captain Carrot along with the entire Zoo Crew ..Pig-Iron, Rubberduck, Fastback, Yankee Poodle, Alley-Cat-Abra & Little Cheese. DC / Warner Bros. should make an animated series of those characters, everyone loves talking animals!
While the original Captain Carrot from 1982 was not that tall or so humanly proportioned, I can't see them making that one with his skinny legs or comic face. More the pity. This Captain Carrot is more superhero than funny animal, incredibly deep cut and a welcomed addition to anyone's collection!
Fun fact in Captain Carrot’s debut his name was originally Rodger Rabbit. But you know with copyright it changed to Rodney Rabbit. I am happy I was able to buy this, hopefully I can get the Platinum version.
I just happen to see the platinum one one time on a pre work target stop. I knew had him on preorder (had to update delivery date. I how that goes) CC also had a big part in Dark Knight Death Metal. Helping save other heroes on different worlds. Sadly found out he watched his Zoo Crew members die and why he joined a special Multiverse member filled Justice League team. Recently seen him in Harley Quinn oddly. She grabbed a weapon from his universe and still has no idea how she did it. She thwacked Two-face with it. Really hope Target doesn't screw me out of this guy cause a must but TODD don't forget the other members of the Zoo Crew.
@KylePeterson1980 Captain carrot never had white fur in the comics and I can not find him with gloves or full yellow suit in any of the old issues from 82-83 So can you sir please show or direct me to these alternate colors you claim he had..
This figure is awesome. He knocked it out the park. I could see it in your top 10 mcfarlane figs
Nice figure I hope Todd makes the rest of the zoo crew.
That would be awesome

Wow, this thing looks amazing! I wasn't rushing to grab it, but after seeing these close-ups I'm changing my mind!
It looks amazing. I really hope I can get it in the future.

Lucky man. These figures are impossible to find in Canada.
Mcfarlane store or canadas own djc collectibles make it really easy

In doing my research for Cap. Carrot I found out he was on a cover I remember. I have zero recollection of Cap. Carrot on the cover.
