@@monykaram84 DT990 Pro sounds the same but more raw, and is cheaper its a scam to buy the more expensive pair, I bought a pair and returned them the next day. Not worth the cost at all.
How do you have talk to people with this specific headset? Would you have to get an additional microphone just to be able to communicate with people or how does that work?
@@colynyt5651 Correct! These pair of studio headphones do not come with a microphone, a cheap podcast microphone or a modmic is requires to talk with your friends. I use a “Mod Mic Uni”
What do you think about the Tygr 300r for ps5 gaming (especially for footsteps). How do they compare to the DT 990 and would i need a soundblaster g3 or g6. I think it is 32 ohm ( i dont really know what this implies for audio quality but i feel like the more ohm´s the better)
I do only recommend the setup mentioned in the video, I do not have any other recommendations sadly for audiophile PS5 usage scenarios. I know nothing of Tygr 300r sadly, so my information is very limited. Ohm implies the amount of power that is needed to drive the headphones to there highest potential. With do little power to drive them, there will be less bass and clarity and less volume overall and less flexibility on the Equaliser.
@@goodboiii1710 Yes! The sound is great, the sound volume is a louder then when just plugged into the controller, for me its on the edge of being almost a little too loud by only almost. They push the headphones to 90% power, G6 will sound a little better in-terms of clarity in audio and willl get so loud it can even damage the headphones, it has enough power to overclock the headphones to 130% MAX volume and that with enough time will hurt your ears and damage the drivers in the headphones. The tips I give in the video are the best ways to use it with PS5 😎👍
@@EverythingPS5Pro thank you dude u are awosome, Can you detect the location of footsteps well in the fps compatitve games?? If the answer is yez Im planning to buy DT 990 PRO+G3
i don't think my monitor has a optical cable input
Then the G3 is best for you!
Just plug it in to the PS5s USB-C port and use my settings and enjoy.
do you recommend this headphone or the DT900prox?

Are you using the old sb g6 software on the pc? The latest is connect 2.2 and look different.
@avnermash15 No, I am using the Soundblaster app on PC. The Creative app is for the phone when using G3. And I know nothing about a Connect 2.2 app 😞
