For 2022, I read 30+ books and it started to feel like work. For 2023, will go deep on bios from Walter Isaacson: Da Vinci, Ben Franklin and that Einstein guy. Only Isaacson would tell Steve Jobs, “ya, come back in ten years.”

Loved watching this, and am going to try to implement some of these into my life! I love that you are willing to share this type of thing with us, and it is great to learn from other peoples experiences. One I would add to the list would be to limit screen time. Obviously some peoples jobs require them to use a screen, but many of us also spend a lot of time endlessly scrolling.

great idea all. The only thing about keeping extra toilet paper on display in the bathroom (and there are many cute storage/display holders on the market) is that it can get contaminated. For example, it has been found that a single flush can fling fecal bacteria for a surprising distance. People also often wash their hands and briskly shake them out. My compromise is I keep extra toilet paper in an easily accessible drawer or keep them covered.

How you read the entire Bible more than once ?all the books you read based on the Bible and how you learn the Bible. About the homework you get from church. You have mentioned in your earlier videos that different books help in different seasons of life still which is your favourite..
I highly recommend the jw app and website. 😂It gives you a daily scripture and bit of a blurb about the scripture. Also the app has the entire bible in a few translations and in any language too. There’s a heap of books, music and videos. All for free.
Really fun and useful video, felt more like life tips rather than goals, but I think that’s just how I frame it

Wow you are so spot on. I can attest that I delayed gratification this year. I had side jobs and I wanted to buy extra clothing but then I realized I would not have anywhere to wear them to! Ha ha. I like just taking my time now to figure out what I actually want more and if it is worth getting with the way costs are nowadays. Happy New Year Maya!

Social media affected my mental health for the past 5 months 💔 I’m now recovering from a lot of things happened to me ❤️🩹 now I feel like I’m ready for the new year and one of my new habits is to quit social media every first week of every month, I read that this is like a dopamine fasting , we really need this for our mental health , dopamine fasting will make us feel more interested in doing things when we quit doing it for a period of time , I hope that make sense ❤
