The Acoustic 100 amp has a deeper, more chambered sound to it, and is superior in sound (at the same price point), but I chose this GO amp for its battery portability. The best thing about these amps are the 2 channels each with their own set of separate effects. Whoever designed this amp really truly understands what people need. I will busk with this amp and now I can invite people to play with me and they know they will have a nice sounding channel.
I’m thinking of getting this to replace my blackstar acoustic amp, does the looper let you choose what input you want to loop? Cause I would want to loop vocals rather than guitar.
@@jondart5046 no, it wont BUT you could still use an external looper. The acoustic 100 amp has better sound but JR has the battery. a trade off
Just got mine today and Meh. I’m going to keep messing with it, but honestly it seems like a garbage product. Sound quality should be too priority, and this sounds pretty bad especially if doing acoustic and vocals at the same time. All the effects are useless, and you can only use one at a time anyway. The reverbs sound bad. So far, It’s a mess of a product. I loved the battery idea, but its not working for me.
@@johnlocke3481 if it wasn't the best battery amp at the price , I wouldn't have bought it, but it is. Yeah, the sound quality is average at best.
How do you replace the lithium battery? Do you need a guitar tech to do it?

I connected the amplifier (Fender Acoustic Junior) to the computer via USB. The signal level I get from the amplifier is very low - hardly audible.
Can someone check it on their amplifier? I checked on two computers (Windows 10) and it is the same on both.
Excellent demo. Is the battery replaceable? Is there a foot pedal available? Weight of amp?

Can you blend any of the two effects? For example, using reverb and chorus.
@@jondart5046 you have 6 separate effects plus 2 pre-combined effects: "DLY+CHO" and "DLY + REV". So in total you have 8 options of effect, 6 singles, and 2 combined.

think that 6 bottles of water of 1.5lt each would be 9kg. It's very compact!
Hi. Is this loud enough to use on noisy areas? How is it compared to the cube street EX? Anyone knows?
Which footswitch goes with this amplifier
Interested as all in one quick and easy solution given portability, effects, and looper. Does the looper allow for different length overdub, meaning can you setup a quick beat for 1 bar and overdub a guitar part for 8 bars?
I've just received mine and apparently it has not. Let's say that your longest bar is 10 seconds (just saying) than you need to do 10 seconds recording of the first line, and then if you click on the rec/dub it will re-record always those 10 seconds. Then you can of course pause the recording. And you can click on the und to remove the last line you've recorded. hope it helps. btw the strength of the JuniorGo is literally that you have everything together and portable. Hence the looper is not the same of a looper machine (that could actually as the Junior GO entirely) but still you can play well with it
Very responsive eq. I really can’t tell from this what that 8” speaker really would be like in a room even with 100 watts. I would want some rich low end, especially with a non dreadnaught style guitar.
I have a superchamp 10” amp. Acoustic through that could never sound rich or deep. However I was shocked at how nice and full it was through a 12” speaker on an old Bandit amp.
Boss FS7 Works with This amp for Control loop?
I have a Fender Junior GO amp but don't know how to get it to work through my electric acoustic guitar. Can you help?
Plug a guitar coax instrument cable into the guitar and the other end into "instrument" on front panel. Some acoustic electric have a preamp built into the guitar and will need batteries to function. You will have a volume and tone and maybe tuner mounted on the guitar depending on make and model. Google it and search for manuals too.
Trouble shooting phases : start from the begining of the chain : check that the guitar pickup is working (check batterie) then set the volume up on the guitar preamp (if you have one), plug into the amp and try different cables, make sure you have a good working cable, set the volume on the amp (check both channels, maybe one is not working properly).
When they say is 100 amp is this 100 watts or 60 Watts I just bought one of these but I don’t understand how many watts it is is it 1 100 or 60?

Is it possible to plug a double bass in ?
Sure, if you want to blow the speaker.
But what does the mic sound like thru it ?
Use at least a condenser mic. Has phantom power. May not be full, but you can't tell. I use a beta sure. Works just fine.
I would buy it if it was wedge shape
This amp is wedge shaped. Measure at the top and bottom. Too, it has a built in kickstand under the bottom.

Fender is _SO_ much better at making solid state amplifiers for acoustic guitar than they are at making solid state's for electric.
Is it the guitar or the amp that has no balls? Can you try it with a guitar with more bottom end please?
I know it has been a year. The amp is deep sounding. I own two old Calif blonde's. I also have the boss singer, fishman loud box and a old Roland AC -60. I really use this amp more than the others. I have four kinds of LR bragg's pick-up in each Martin. Stereo to single and the amp does what advertised well. Nothing beats the old blondes, but lugging around over 50 pounds is a strain in the back.
