I've been thinking about a Supercaliber and doing this exact upgrade. How do you feel about this versus the current model Top Fuel (which can't run a rear remote lockout) as a "This is my only MTB"?
The Supercaliber is an immensely capable bike, but it’s still very much an XC race bike, even with the 120mm fork. The geometry of the Top Fuel would be far better suited to an ‘only’ bike.

It’s an absolute machine when covering ground! It was surprisingly rideable up there with the water, think it had washed all mud away!

Looks like there's 2 big (750ml) waterbottles inside of the frame triangle? Which size frame of the Supercaliber are you running?
