Cool station stay. Love the flinders, grew up in Adelaide and as a family, we would go up there every September school holidays. So much fun watching your episodes. It's more about the really cool vibes and banter between all of you.
Oh WOW!! We had just left the same day the rains came. Site 16, and we were swagging it. Packed up early and left . Thanks for sharing what we had missed. We did SkyTrek whilst we were there. Highly recommend it for the next time you go back . Callum Leanne and Indy
Haha i reckon we saw you guys and were definitely not envious! Was pretty sketchy in the caravan let alone swags! Awesome, we cant wait to get back to the Flinders and explore more!
The storm hit on Oct 17th, we live in Whyalla and copped it big time, the hail and water that was dumped was ridiculous! So good that you stayed out, otherwise you’d be paying out those cartons of beers lol. The Prairie Hotel is a nice outback pub, a bit pricey but they do have to cart the beers all the way out there but the food makes up for it.
Yep, it was pretty hectic at the time! Glad we bunkered down for the night! The food was great at the Prairie, so many unique choices, will have to try the Feral Feed next time!
Great episode guys! Love your content. Would you recommend the Flinders Ranges to people on a tight time frame? Or not worth the detour unless you have plenty of time.
Depends where you're coming from mate! We drove 6.5 hours and did 5 nights there and would definitely do it again! Saying that, we barely scratched the surface, theres still a couple stations we'd love to try, along with Parachilna Gorge, and the national park itself

Awesome, we'll look at heading back up there next season!

Mount Little was a great spot and stayed where you were camped and there is a lot to go and explore. Thanks
Can't believe we've never been there before! Already can't wait to get back up there!
You should stay at Bendleby Ranges in the southern Flinders Ranges 50km north of Orroroo epic tracks heaps better than Mt Little cheers legends 😄
That's next on our list! Bit late in the season for us weather wise unfortunately. And just got news of them closing for a while for family reasons
