Make sure when it said paint this side on plastic inside spray booth (you paint that exact side, or the problem you will have is that when you get to clearcoat you start having paint flaking off plastic and you will be in very big trouble ) I had to repaint a quotor paned because of that scenario
I think the problem was a large part of the video was timelapsed, so not easy to see. I think I would replaced the front chassis legs at the joint , but who am I to judge.
In some states,you can register and drive any salvage titled car once it passes inspection by the dmv or similar agency.they basically check the car throughout to see if its fit for road use and also see if the repairs were done correctly.once it passes,you're good to go.some states are chill and let you drive the car there while others are just strict to the point where you need a trailer to take the car there unless you fail.

Did you have issues starting it up? I got same truck with only blown seat belt, 5.0L! It won't start, all lights turn on, but starter not is silent. Any ideas?
In the UK you reapply for the V5 (log book). It will have been noted as crash damaged so yes the value will be lower. It's a case of buying at the right price as you would anywhere.
