Skins are free for the short time that PBE is out (Usually 1 day), but its only for the PBE valorant, not real, and usually PBE val is very buggy but you get to test new agents and maps. 100% recommend.

Their are WAY to many limitations to this 1.pbe server is like resting some new stuff and you can't play in actual matches. 2.pbe ONLY works. In NA servers. 3.if you get a ban in the pbe server,you get a ban in the real servers too

So basically, if you get accepted you'll just be there for bug testing before they release the patch to official servers. Oh and, it's only available for NA region.
