- Finally released from the hospital, he's reunited with his father, Marshall, and his best friend, Paul Phoenix.After feeling so good to be back, Forest is worried that his skills have gone rusty after cooped in the hospital for so long. When the King of Iron Fist Tournament is announced, Forest quickly joins in the fray. This is his time to shine to show his father, that he still got the dragon within him.

I'll like for Forest to come back in the next canon game. I bear doubts if he will since most fans find his father more appealing.
That's the problem. He was meant to be a permanent replacement for Marshall since Tekken 3, but like what you said, they're more fond of Marshall.
@@tanatswabrucechigaazira1996 I feel awfully bad for the fans who wanted Forest back for 22 years. They probably had their start from Tekken 3 or the first Tag game.
@@6arcsn1sky Tekken 3 was my first ever (both Tekken and childhood) game, so I understand where they're coming from. But after playing Tekken 5 (the game that got me invested in the series), I also understand why they brought Marshall back instead of Forest.
@@tanatswabrucechigaazira1996 I was a late comer to the series sometime around 2001, and Part 3 was my first experience. A Tekken 2 Playstation booklet was at my place and I realize that Law are two characters. I was utterly shocked at one of those Tekken websites that Marshall was brought back.
I don't understand why Forest can't just be a palette swap for Marshall atleast. I hate how they still have the man probably recovering in a hospital up until now
Forest is and always will be better than Marshall! For me, Tekken 6 and 7 Law is Forest!

Amazing gameplay! I hope we get Forest back for 8. Marshall can still be an alternate "model" like Tiger or Miharu but I think he deserves to be a main character again. It's pretty messed up he didn't even appear in Bloodline which is literally based on his debut, lmao.

unfortunately we didn’t get forest in tekken 8, maybe he will appear later in the games but i doubt that’ll be anytime soon.
