I was not sure if I was willing to start a new game and "lose" all my progress. I loaded my save to see the new additions (thanks for your video I could see what I couldn't). I especially like to see how many people we crecruited from one particular town. I had stopped playing for one or two months so I still launched a new game and tried another start location. It had been a long time since I spent so much time playing one game on one playthrough and without pause (usually 30min - 1h max). I had to stop myself and save or I would have played for hours :P There's one feature I want and it is to allow us to pause while reading (the trivia, descriptions,) or browsing the menus (priorities, stats, etc...).
@@belazarius727its a pleasure man! I love this game so much and with the developers constantly working on it always makes me excited to jump back in. On discord we give suggestions and they do consider what the people say and try to apply things wherever they can.
Horndean has an ocean on the south side of the map. It's not too far from an iron and granite source too. I had a base there on my playthrough. It's maybe a minute run to Horndean to the north.

Very psyched for this. Bellwright is the most ambitious of these medieval simulators...hopefully they keep improving it. I feel like the big issue with Bellwright is that the map design restricts you to certain final base locations due to the time needed to reach different villages. Militia helps solve this....but if you built central militia makes it way too easy to beat reclamation imo.
@@raginasiangaming910 can't wait to start my game over again! It will be a complete different experience. They show they are on version 0.0.3 so if I understand it correctly they have only done 30% of what they want to accomplish. Ill start palying Bellwright again when you can build walls/gates for your own village and the AI settlements aswell as improve and reconstruct the villages. It's such a shame u cannot get rid of / rebuild the broken stuff that is in every town. We also need a proper city. cobbled roads, a proper keep, 2story stonehouses etc. could be a nice place for lots of quests and storylines

I feel embarrassed for worrying that this game was abandoned (though with the dev's track record...eh). Still, this is incredible and to me Bellwright is still the definitive amongst Medieval Dynasty, Bellwright, Sengoku, etc. One thing I really do hope for is the marriage/children mechanics from Medieval Dynasty. Probably too much to hope for, but that would be absolutely incredible. More realistically, I hope to see more ways to customize your village the way you can in Medieval Dynasty as that would be super cool to really make villages your own. Also, Storage Houses...more space needed. I swear I have a whole field of Storage Houses and Cellars around my town. The only other issue I have is that the game does feel like it slows down a lot. I currently have four villages liberated and things are at a crawl because of how realistically the automated workers are. It's not like Sengoku where you can crank out a ton of resources by spamming. I guess that is a good thing, but it's also hard to play when a lot of my play time is spent sitting there, waiting for automated stuff to happen so I can make more armor/weapons. It probably also doesn't help that I'm going for a uniform for all my fighters and said uniform involves a lot of high tier armors. Guess I do it to myself.
@@aesirgaming1014 a lot of people were worried, but I just had a feeling they were gonna pull through and they did. It is currently at version 0.3 so that means the developers feel they are only at 30% completetion of where they feel they should be, so we might see those things you are hoping for😉 When my storages get full I just trade with liberated towns. @@savage5975 there are a couple of factors that influence prosperity. If bandit camps are within the region of liberated town, that can play a big role. Certain building that you place in npc towns can improve prosperity. Try to also trade daily with npc towns to imprive prosperity.
The big issue with this game is that you can easily kill Ashborne and others by yourself with a bow (from a point the enemy can´t reach) and even by a sword. You build the tier 3 buildings and then waiting for a new patch, starting over and over and over. The story needs a much bigger uplift and the AI needs to be sharper in combat.
