Since this inverter has only 40 amps charge controller, so it can produce only 40×14=560 WATT(12volt system) Correct me if I'm wrong. If you are taking input current than 40×36=1420 watts. So why company suggesting only 1 kw pannel

grid connect volt maine 11 volt pe set kiya hain.. aur battery low volt 10.5 volt pe set kiya hain.. so yeah kabhi low bttry point tak backup nhi de pata hain.. kyunki grid connect volt 11 volt ke niche set krne ka optn nhi hain.. aur ek baat hain ke pcu mode pe jab raat pe 11v pe bttry ata hain to yeah mains pe shift hota hain.. phir jaj subha suraj ata hain toh yrah battery ko charge krna start krta hain.. lekin yeah mains mode pe hi rhta hain load ko run krne kliyein.. jabtak battery fully charge nhi hota hain tab tak yeah mains se solar yah bttry pe shift nhi hota hain, kyunki grid connect volt ke krha yahan bttry reconnect volt set krne ka koi option nhi hain.. yeah baat mujhe bilkul hi acha nhi lga.. kyunki jab bttry chrge krne k liyein enough power se bhi zada power solar se aarha hain tab unse load nhi chal pta hain toh wo extra power waste hota hain aur idhar bijli ka bhi khapat hota hain mains se. so i think agar grid connect volt 11v se suru hota hain to bttry re-connect volt 11.5 volt se set krne ka option zaroor hona chahiyein.

Hi! I have searched and was not able to find any home use solar inverter what is of more than 1000 Va in 12V setup. I have Exide 1450va 12V inverter. I question is why is there no solar inverter rated for more than 1000Va. 12V setup saves us a battery and 1000va is bit low. Is there no demand or there is a technical reason for that. These batteries work in high temperature and are non-flammable. Its maximum voltage is 14.3V and minimum is 10.5V. Can I charge this battery with UTL gamma plus if the charging profiles are almost similar - lifepo4 also has bulk charging and absorption stages I think, so it might work?
Yes, LiFePO4 are becoming an Interesting alternative. But the cells do not self balance. If your Battery Pack has inbuilt BMS, you can use them. I recently got Gamma Plus 24 V Version and have connected 2 UTL Tubular 150 AH each in series connection (Battery Bank =300 AH) and also have installed 3 UTL panels 330 watt each (SPV Cap.990 watt). I live in a very small town of U.P. And with "GOVERNMENT'S GRACE" We have long elec cuts from grid and gets around 12 to 14 hours of supply mostly during day. I run around 300 watts during day and 500 watts during night. Can you please help me with some information about blow points. 1.With 24 V Gamma plus 150 Ah +150. What are the amps required to charge it 15 A 30 A?? From Grid and SPV both.. 2. if i ASSUME that i have drain out battery to lowest levels during night and I start charging them from morning 7 Am with Grid supply (without any cut till 5 pm) and their is no SPV power (00 AMP) than how many hours gamma 24 V will take to charge 2 batteries (HYD GRD/SMRT/PCU) with boost charge enabled??? 3.If I have Hyd BRD/SMART/PCU md on and if i ASSUME that i have drain out battery to lowest levels during night and I start charging them from morning 7 Am with Grid supply (without any cut till 5 pm) and SPV power (after cabling losses etc real input to Gamma from SPV 5-8 AMP between 8 am to 11 am and after 11 Am til 5 pm 11 - 14 AMP) than how many hours gamma 24 V will take to charge 2 batteries with boost charge enabled??? NOTE : I want to use B.Bank back up during night and wants to recharge them with solar and grid in day time as soon as they can be charged and wants to run load on SPV and Grid once batteries are charged. I know, I am being bit calculative but I know you can use this calculation to understand my need and can also use it to make other viewers to understand their ACTUAL NEED and type of setup they might need in realy based on load and back up needed. I have replaced Luminous inverter by UTL Game Plus 1kva Solar inverter. I think I have done a blunder. Once the electricity is off even for a second which cannot be noticed in lamps, the said inverter is off and starts again which resets all the gadgets working on the inverter like internet,tv,cctv cam system. I advise all the interested persons to go in detail regarding this aspect. This may create a big problem while you are banking on net and the net shuts down all of a sudden. The JIO takes about 4 minutes to get restored after shut down.

@@ZenInnovations i have a 24 v gamma+ inverter. 2 x 12v tub batt connected in series. running ok. but prob is all the config settings (like cut off voltages, bulk voltage, float voltage settings) in inverter are according to 12 v battery (like 10-11.5 v is the cutoff and bulk charge voltage is 14.2 v, float is 13.5 v) and not acc to 24 v as it should be (like 20-23v for cutoff, some 28 volt for bulk charging, and so on).
Sir one question - Given my battery is charging at max 10 A but my solar PV is capable of producing 40A at that moment. If I run load on UTL gamma plus, will the remaining 30A be used to run the load or will they go waste? Thanks

Agar aap bhi aisa mante hain to ek baar battery (12v) ko direct solar(with out charge controller) charge kr k amp check kare. Or fir utl gamma plus rmppt charge controller ke sath chek kr k batayen. Hi! I have searched and was not able to find any home use solar inverter what is of more than 1000 Va in 12V setup. I have Exide 1450va 12V inverter. I question is why is there no solar inverter rated for more than 1000Va. 12V setup saves us a battery and 1000va is bit low. Is there no demand or there is a technical reason for that.
My second question is regarding normal inverter. Does a inverter acts as a surge protector in case there is high current in the line and saves my devices which are one the inverter line?

I have one - I want to use LiFePO4 battery with UTL gamma plus. These batteries work in high temperature and are non-flammable. Its maximum voltage is 14.3V and minimum is 10.5V. Can I charge this battery with UTL gamma plus if the charging profiles are almost similar - lifepo4 also has bulk charging and absorption stages I think, so it might work?
Yes, LiFePO4 are becoming an Interesting alternative. But the cells do not self balance. If your Battery Pack has inbuilt BMS, you can use them. More research here-

So far I tested the LiFePO4 battery in the following product and the results look really good. I charged 150 Watt/hr to this battery and I was able to discharge almost the same amount. They do seem to be very efficient. Also, it was constantly charging at 28 Watt for 50 Watt solar panel.

I recently got Gamma Plus 24 V Version and have connected 2 UTL Tubular 150 AH each in series connection (Battery Bank =300 AH) and also have installed 3 UTL panels 330 watt each (SPV Cap.990 watt). I live in a very small town of U.P. And with "GOVERNMENT'S GRACE" We have long elec cuts from grid and gets around 12 to 14 hours of supply mostly during day. I run around 300 watts during day and 500 watts during night.
Can you please help me with some information about blow points.
1.With 24 V Gamma plus 150 Ah +150. What are the amps required to charge it 15 A 30 A?? From Grid and SPV both..
2. if i ASSUME that i have drain out battery to lowest levels during night and I start charging them from morning 7 Am with Grid supply (without any cut till 5 pm) and their is no SPV power (00 AMP) than how many hours gamma 24 V will take to charge 2 batteries (HYD GRD/SMRT/PCU) with boost charge enabled???
3.If I have Hyd BRD/SMART/PCU md on and if i ASSUME that i have drain out battery to lowest levels during night and I start charging them from morning 7 Am with Grid supply (without any cut till 5 pm) and SPV power (after cabling losses etc real input to Gamma from SPV 5-8 AMP between 8 am to 11 am and after 11 Am til 5 pm 11 - 14 AMP) than how many hours gamma 24 V will take to charge 2 batteries with boost charge enabled???
Once, I have 300 Ah B.Bank charged than how many hours of back I can expect with out load around 250 -320 watts?
I want to utilize this setup at it's best possible result (with out harming the setup of Course). So Kindly suggest best possible calibration levels for L,B,H,F,A (Low,Bulk,High,Flot,Ampier) for both SPV and MAINS Supply.( I want to set L H B F A to their maximum and minimum levels with out harming batteries)
Currently, I am using HYBRD mode.
NOTE : I want to use B.Bank back up during night and wants to recharge them with solar and grid in day time as soon as they can be charged and wants to run load on SPV and Grid once batteries are charged.
I know, I am being bit calculative but I know you can use this calculation to understand my need and can also use it to make other viewers to understand their ACTUAL NEED and type of setup they might need in realy based on load and back up needed.

I have replaced Luminous inverter by UTL Game Plus 1kva Solar inverter. I think I have done a blunder. Once the electricity is off even for a second which cannot be noticed in lamps, the said inverter is off and starts again which resets all the gadgets working on the inverter like internet,tv,cctv cam system. I advise all the interested persons to go in detail regarding this aspect. This may create a big problem while you are banking on net and the net shuts down all of a sudden. The JIO takes about 4 minutes to get restored after shut down.

i have a 24 v gamma+ inverter. 2 x 12v tub batt connected in series. running ok. but prob is all the config settings (like cut off voltages, bulk voltage, float voltage settings) in inverter are according to 12 v battery (like 10-11.5 v is the cutoff and bulk charge voltage is 14.2 v, float is 13.5 v) and not acc to 24 v as it should be (like 20-23v for cutoff, some 28 volt for bulk charging, and so on).
Yes, It seems to show Voltages per battery. So the settings will be in 12v format. Optimum settings have been discussed in QNA EP3.
