This video title uses a "play on words" (these can be "catchy" and memorable). Howevee the idiom phrase "smart mouth" in English, has a negative connotation . . .
We use it to describe one who is being mouthy, obstinate, sarcastic, cutting, "smart aleck" and similar -- all such descriptors indicate disrespect. If you will google this:
"smart mouth" idiom
you can read results for yourself.
