Hello, I have a problem concerning the music on the car radio, I have several files on my SD card, but the device does not display the files but it puts them one after the other. Even pressing the button show all the folders. Is there anything to do please? thank you.

This system needs update! The equalizer needs to have treble and mid and bass and subwoofer.. it only has treble and bass which makes the sound sucks. I am very not satisfied with this purchase. And your reply is going to be "send us a video that shows your problem" and just dont do anything no updates or nothing. even with Spotify the pause and next buttons are very small on the screen. And there is no way i could add any apps on the homescreen or change the widgets. BAD BAD BAD! I'm seriously unsatisfied! Don't tell me to send you a video on your email and just to make your customers feel that your doing something. I already told you what's wrong in details. JUST UPDATE THE HEAD UNIT.

We have our standard process to handle customer's question, order number, words description and pics/video to show the problem directly. Normally our customer service can handle the normal question directly, some other question needs to contact the factory, therefor we need more detail about the question at the first time in order to save time.
