When I have my exams coming up and have a lot of deadlines, it sometimes helps me just to go to my mom and complain about all the work and say i am stressed out! She just gives me a hug a pep talk and I am just so motivated enough!

I'm going to join in not complaining and writing down when I do! Recently I've been doing something similar and it's felt...freeing, almost. I've forced myself to be okay with things not being perfect and realizing/being content with the fact that these things I had been worrying over, and giving myself anxiety over, are in fact perfectly acceptable and have no negative impact on my life. Just that alone - that something isn't having a negative impact - is enough in itself to be happy and carefree about. My whole life I've fret over making the 'right' decision, even over things like what color bag or shirt to buy, and then continued to second guess myself for months or years after the decision had been made. In retrospect, it is such a waste of my time and energy! I love your outlook on life and I love that you share it and inspire others, thank you for all of the work you put in😊 Hope you're having a great day😘

I used to switch my watch upside down to remind myself to stop talking about other people or to stop others from doing do and it works . I get tired of people complaining as well it drains you plus it sucks your energy . Better to be positive days are happier and full of positive energy .

Hey Tamara, thanks to you I'm inspired to tidy up my house. It's a big house but I've procrastinated long enough. Just so you know I would have let my illness be the reason why I couldn't clean the house. Hope you feel better very very soon. Please continue to stay real. Not every video or vlog has to be about fashion and beauty. Can you show us what your meal plans are like for example what you eat when you are too busy or don't feel like cooking and of course what you like to cook if at all. Ohhh thank you so much, I think its just the good light. but I ll take the compliment and run with it :) Every night before going to bed I use a lip balm. Often Creme De Rose by Dior, or also Eve Lom one. Love them both
Great job! Your place looks so nice and neat which is a good way to live and more condusive to work. I'm with you on the complainers, they are such a turn off for me. I've unscribed from complaining you tubers several times as their negative words are unappealing. Love your positive attitude!
