In a weird way I started to practice this a long time ago when my mother passed away . Back in 2000 . I was young and left orphan but when she passed on I felt like she became part of something bigger . An energy to the universe . Yes I was sad but I did not let it consume me . People thought I was crazy because I went to take my finals and carried on like " nothing " . I told them that life hits you with curve balls and you deal and move forward . Sadness should only be a little time in your heart or else it takes over . Be positive and find light in the darkest of places . Be positive and be thankful and always throw positive energy to the universe and it will throw you positive energy back . Every single day before you go to sleep find at least one thing to be thankful for and in the morning be thankful to be alive . Be kind to people , animals and flowers / plants everything that is alive has energy and it is connected to us . Loving your vlogmas Tamara and all that you do . Wonderful human being with a kind heart and positive outlook on life . Thank you for sharing with us and yes it is true we find our light and strength in the hard moments in life . I try my best to practice transferring positive energy in every interaction I have with my patients and my co-workers. Loved this video, really admire that way of thinking and hope to adopt more of that. I can be a very happy and kind person but sometimes I think I let things get in the way or other people's negative mindset get to me (and often some people would consider me naive for being so kind) but living your truest & happiest self is really from within.
A lot of other vloggers are always stressed and make a drama out of nothing, bad acting for views if you ask me, the great thing about Tamara is she can handle stress and her video salways make me feel happy and relaxed, she is not just a one dimensional bimbo like zoella or fleur, you are awesome Tamara!

I need to read the secret - I read an article on the practice many years ago and am implementing it to varying degrees regarding visualizing and gratitude . I think I do not have the full picture though and should implement it like you regarding all of life . Also I am very guilty of trying to purchase happiness through goods - clothes shoes makeup.. and yes this happiness lasts only moments . I will work on this ! Thank you Tamara ! The only downside to it is, is that you become aware of the negative people and how destructive their thinking is. And sadly there are many negative people! I bought the book many years ago, as I'm a pesimist person by nature I stopped reading it because I din't believe in attraction theory. But now, I'm ill since 2011, I broke with my boyfriend of all my life (almost 15 and a half years together ) three months ago, I'm in deep deep deep black hole that's growing each day. Your talk has helpped me to try to read that book again, because is now when I'm down and I need to change my thoughts and my inner energy. Thanks for this video and for your chanel. I need to read the secret - I read an article on the practice many years ago and am implementing it to varying degrees regarding visualizing and gratitude . I think I do not have the full picture though and should implement it like you regarding all of life .
Also I am very guilty of trying to purchase happiness through goods - clothes shoes makeup.. and yes this happiness lasts only moments . I will work on this ! Thank you Tamara !

This was definitely inspiring! I've been following your channel for a while now and I must say you inspire me in a lot of ways, mostly to be more positive in life. Of course, all the amazing looks and stuff are so good to see, but you bring a really inspiring vibe in the world. I've always been a very positive person, but lately I just got stuck in this negative spiral because of some negative colleagues and this video just gave me a lot of courage and motivation to just think for myself and focus on all the positive stuff! Thanks for sharing! Your worldview is very similar to mine, especially with regards to the positivity aspect. The only downside to it is, is that you become aware of the negative people and how destructive their thinking is. And sadly there are many negative people!

I read the secret 3,5 years ago and I it also changed my life. One of my favourite teachers is also Bob Proctor. I really love your story because I have experienced many miracles in this beautiful life by using the law of attraction. It make me believe more on my dream. You are a wonderful soul. I bought the book many years ago, as I'm a pesimist person by nature I stopped reading it because I din't believe in attraction theory. But now, I'm ill since 2011, I broke with my boyfriend of all my life (almost 15 and a half years together ) three months ago, I'm in deep deep deep black hole that's growing each day. Your talk has helpped me to try to read that book again, because is now when I'm down and I need to change my thoughts and my inner energy. Thanks for this video and for your chanel. I am in the same situation with my life now as you were after your studies( I soon will have a law degree and don't want to do anything law related). Anyway, I read The Secret not so long ago and it inspired me so much, but I let other people's scepticism lead me away from it. So I was thrilled to hear that you believe in law of attraction and everything you said made me reevaluate my life happiness and made me want to work on it harder through visualisation and gratefulness. I am a witness of your success as I have been following you from the beginning, and I can safely say that you prove that dreams do come true if you work hard enough and send positive energy, because in the end it all comes back to you.
