Fantastic vlog guys, Elveden is our favourite park, we find it by far the flattest and best for cycling. Do you ever use the path that runs around the perimeter of the park? Four months is one third of a year sir... I have to say, "Not like this!" Please stick at it, I know it's not been a straightforward run but if you stay consistent and post same time every week I am sure things will change for the better.
