Normally I like to boil the repair videos down but today I am trying some a bit different and showing the process as it unfolds to give more of an Indepth view into the repairs that I do. Let me know what you think!

Great vid and as usual, very informative! By all means continue the format, it's great hearing your thoughts as you work. Even though it's not my game being fixed, it still puts a smile on my face to see one back in working order.
It's a shame you don't get much enjoyment out of the games themselves though - R/S/E gen wasn't too bad, just wordy at the beginning heh lot of fun, you set up your own 'secret base' somewhere on the map and when you connect with a friend, their base shows up in your world and you can go over to them ingame to battle them.
As an aside, how long would you say those batteries last generally? I've not checked my cartridges (still have original Pokemon Red) and your vids remind me they're probably leaking or at least flat by now!

i've been trying to follow some of your older controller mod videos to help me modify a RockCandy switch controller to try and add rumble to it, but it didn't work..
do you think you'll ever try that kind of mod yourself in the future?

my emerald cart doesn't have a battery and the save chip (fram) still has the save in it

The battery is only for the clock in these catridges
