Shit! Damn! Hell! This is like finding poems that Jesus wrote. Or like finding a letter your dad wrote to your mom. Hearing songs from Jeff the i have not heard is amazing. Thanks for this. Sincerely.
9 out of 10 therapists believe that I'm obsessed with this album... the tenth therapist brought a couple of joints and a bottle of whiskey and listened to the album with me... over and over again 😅
Everything here is pure gold. I've listened to demos and unreleased songs from my other favorite bands, but you can tell they put their best material in their official releases. But with this compilation, when you hear the early versions of ITAOTS songs like Two Headed Boy next to off-album songs like Bucket and Sailing Through, they all sound just as full of emotion. It's easy to imagine another world where Jeff chose one of those songs to polish and put onto ITAOTS instead.
Damn i love the original Tuesday moon ( i know its probably just jeff, but i like to imagine Julian is singing it) but this version was so cool, like the almost punk sounding singing from jeff and just the energy damn

Nice compilation. Side note though, the part where he talked about the nervous breakdown was circa 2001 I think in New Zealand and you spliced it right before a version of 'Sailing Through' from an earlier show in the 90s. No big deal or anything; that version of Sailing Through and actually that whole bootleg concert from CA means a lot to me so I'm probably the only one that would notice that
I heard it in a video of one of their old live performances a few weeks ago, but I can't remember which one. Searched for around 20 minutes to try and find it too. It's on youtube somewhere, though.
I like this music to the point of exaggeration! It is good. I wish there were more but unfortunately he killed himself (probably waht made his music so good (that is why he has so many breakdowns right before recording these songs and then says he had them or is about to (and if someone says theyre about to and then kill themself well I reckon theyre probab;ly in the middle of it as they say it Sorr I forgot to close the brakects

Heroin Bag is one of his best songs

this comment almost sounds like a line Jeff would write
Sounds dope hearing all the alternate versions of the Avery Island and ITAOTS tracks but some of the new stuff I haven't heard before.

This deserves more recognition. I can imagine how much work was put into this and I wish it was available on music streaming services

This version is from the Yo Yo a Go Go festival in 1994. The compilation is very good.
That ruby bulbs reprise with the glitches is chilling
Follow Me Down, Worms in the Wind, Life is Never-ending, Bucket, Message Sent / Now There is Nothing. My favorites.
@Bode Milan Yup, I've been using Flixzone} for years myself :)

just use windows movie maker it doesn't have a watermark

Just use ffmpeg, it doesn't have a watermark. Or a gui interface.

He talks about nervous breakdowns a lot. lol
Does "Bucket" sound like Bush - Glycerine to anyone else?
They both use the same chord progression, but Bucket was written waay before Glycerine.
Both great songs though!
