It's insane that people (manga readers) are still sleeping on Megumi when his (admitted by himself) incomplete Domain Expasion managed to neuter Dagon's, who at that point was a Complete version of a Special Grade Curse. Like, this boy's who's a first year was already able to neutralize someone with the highest classification possible of Curses, outdoing people that are older and more experienced than him and countering a technique that could have potentially wiped all of the others if he wasn't there. He's already been shown able to handle (albeit with difficulty) Special Grade curses as a First Year, the strongest (as of now) type of curse and his potential has been recognized by three people who are the strongest of their kind (Toji {the strongest purely physical fighter so far}, Gojo and fucking King of Curses Sukuna. This is one character to watch out for, especially when he inevitably manages to do the impossible and tame Mahoraga.
Ya all his feats alone so far, and him only being a first year says a lot. And the praise he gets from the best of the best. Sakuna doesn’t even praise Yuji. And ya him taming him is inevitable at this point. Will be the first one to do it.

i think that megumi is the youngest person to use a domain, gojo got his domain after the fight with toji in his second or third year at jujustu high while megumi is a first year. Also sice the domain is called chimera shadow garden megumi might be able to combine multiple shikigami, he can do this without the domain but we have seen only combinatios of two shikigami so with garden he could do 3 or more

even without a domain if all his shikigami were destroyed except for one then all of their powers would be combined. then that shikigami would easily be 10 sukuna fingers.
Megumi's domain expansion is pretty simple. It expands the area of his shadow. Filling the space he controls with the medium he is most adept at. Everything else are things he was able to do before. This just allows him to utilize all his techniques to their fullest. Thus for him it would be the ultimate enhancement. Imagine Megumi with the ability to summon every shikigami at will, perform every shadow technique without restraint. I think we will be seeing him take control of Mahoraga soon if he keeps at it.
If it is fully develop it'll be one of the most powerful domain expansion. Because he can create literally anything inside his domain with his imagination

I've had a thought for sometime, we know that Megumi's DE is incomplete however I wonder whether CSG can be along the lines of Sukuna's Malevolent Shrine with zero barrier and be on the level of a Divine Technique.

Chimera Shadow Garden kind of feels like an invaders domain or a good anti domain. Just flood the opponents domain with the garden and that enclosed space is used against them

Like with his demon dogs how they made each other stronger after the white dog died I wonder if he'll mix and match them while in his garden and "cultivate" them to stronger forms. I'm quite sure that the way that Shikigami user's domain expansion works is that they can summon an endless amount of shikigami as seen with Megumi's in his fight with the finger bearer and Dagon's in his fight against the Zen'ins where they both let out a stupid amount of shikigami.

I think the animation is god tier .. but I see people claiming that the story is god tier is a bit of a stretch I can give the series that it has isolated amazing story points but I think the individual parts are better than the whole the overall story doesn't seem told to be groundbreaking Especially the power system doesn't seem to be serving the story as much as it could have
I agree. The story is pretty refreshing for a Shonen, but nothing special. I'm not even saying that as a bad thing, as a simple Shonen with enjoyable characters is always fun.

My theory is that Megumi’s domain expansion is actually complete, and he just doesn’t know it yet, which is another reason I think Sukuna praised him. Sukunas domain simply manifests without needing a barrier, and in exchange for a way out, his range is increased. I think this is the same case for megumi, since I presume his domain is his shadow itself. So his shadow will simply encompass either as large of an area as he can, as seen on his first activation of the technique. Or it covers an entire closed off space, much like he did when he used the gymnasium or whatever. But in exchange for being escapable, he can summon multiple shikigami of the same kind, theoretically holding the potential to summon multiple Mahoragas. I think this is why Megumi and his technique are so presumably busted, even on par with Limitless.

this is good but i would like to point out in the manga and anime megumi himself states that when his shikigami die he can no longer use them so i do not believe that he can use all 10 of his shikigami becaue some of them died however it would be very interesting to see totality dog copy's fighting a special ranked cursed spirit.

IMO, his domain might already a completed one, he just doesn’t know that there are two types (as we know now) exist: Sukuna’s that it was explained that it’s like has no barrier and the common one like Gojo’s and other curses’s. I think he is kind of a guy that wouldn’t know anything until someone tells him the info (like now that he still doesn’t know that Toji was his father)😂. Plus I guess Sukuna’s domain type is might be also innate (which in this case I think Megumi’s is too), like it is described as a truly devine technique; Gojo said himself that he can win against Sukuna with his 20 fingers eaten, but Gojo doesn’t possess this kind of domain. Spoiler here . . . . Another point is that as in Shibuya’s arc, Sukuna’s domain can be adjusted as he wish, like when he decreases the radius from 200 to around 140m(?) to prevent hitting Megumi. Which I guess Megumi can too like when he uses his domain to penaltrate aginst Dagon’s, his domain looks kinda like tornado or whirlpool to me.
It's more of a mindset. His Trump card is too op that megumis first instinct is to use it in situations where death is inevitable. In anime itself he almost used to thrice if my memory is right. This mind set of not caring about himself for the collective good outcome causes him to feel that he can just use his Trump card if the going gets tough. But during the training session with gojo, he says that this mindset holds him back from being creative with his other techniques. Also Megumi got his head crushed on that rock which probably brought out his father's characteristics because in the moment of craziness Megumi almost looked like his father.

I'm quite sure that the way that Shikigami user's domain expansion works is that they can summon an endless amount of shikigami as seen with Megumi's in his fight with the finger bearer and Dagon's in his fight against the Zen'ins where they both let out a stupid amount of shikigami.

It looks like megumi might gain the same ability as Sukuna with regards to his domain expansion, in chapter 167 megumi says he can conjure his domain, but can’t put up a barrier around it, and as stated in the Shibuya arc, bringing forth one’s domain without a barrier causes a binding line in Sukuna’s domain expansion
I think the animation is god tier .. but I see people claiming that the story is god tier is a bit of a stretch
I can give the series that it has isolated amazing story points but I think the individual parts are better than the whole the overall story doesn't seem told to be groundbreaking

@@viyusavery248 For a power system to be the fuel for the characters power I think thats perfectly fine. Also not only are the implications touched upon in the manga, but Yuji is shown several times to grapple with these negative emotions in order to handle his cursed energy

My theory is that Megumi’s domain expansion is actually complete, and he just doesn’t know it yet, which is another reason I think Sukuna praised him. Sukunas domain simply manifests without needing a barrier, and in exchange for a way out, his range is increased. I think this is the same case for megumi, since I presume his domain is his shadow itself. So his shadow will simply encompass either as large of an area as he can, as seen on his first activation of the technique. Or it covers an entire closed off space, much like he did when he used the gymnasium or whatever. But in exchange for being escapable, he can summon multiple shikigami of the same kind, theoretically holding the potential to summon multiple Mahoragas. I think this is why Megumi and his technique are so presumably busted, even on par with Limitless.

this is good but i would like to point out in the manga and anime megumi himself states that when his shikigami die he can no longer use them so i do not believe that he can use all 10 of his shikigami becaue some of them died however it would be very interesting to see totality dog copy's fighting a special ranked cursed spirit.

IMO, his domain might already a completed one, he just doesn’t know that there are two types (as we know now) exist: Sukuna’s that it was explained that it’s like has no barrier and the common one like Gojo’s and other curses’s. I think he is kind of a guy that wouldn’t know anything until someone tells him the info (like now that he still doesn’t know that Toji was his father)😂.
Plus I guess Sukuna’s domain type is might be also innate (which in this case I think Megumi’s is too), like it is described as a truly devine technique; Gojo said himself that he can win against Sukuna with his 20 fingers eaten, but Gojo doesn’t possess this kind of domain.

Another point is that as in Shibuya’s arc, Sukuna’s domain can be adjusted as he wish, like when he decreases the radius from 200 to around 140m(?) to prevent hitting Megumi. Which I guess Megumi can too like when he uses his domain to penaltrate aginst Dagon’s, his domain looks kinda like tornado or whirlpool to me.

It's more of a mindset. His Trump card is too op that megumis first instinct is to use it in situations where death is inevitable. In anime itself he almost used to thrice if my memory is right. This mind set of not caring about himself for the collective good outcome causes him to feel that he can just use his Trump card if the going gets tough. But during the training session with gojo, he says that this mindset holds him back from being creative with his other techniques. Also Megumi got his head crushed on that rock which probably brought out his father's characteristics because in the moment of craziness Megumi almost looked like his father.
